“The average, healthy, well-adjusted adult gets up at seven-thirty in the morning feeling just plain terrible.” – Jean Kerr, author
Dedication is not what others expect of you, it is what you can give to others. And so, I offer this blog to you, dedicated to the thousands of pilgrims roaming the paths of self-directed wellness. So, too, I dedicate this blog to the unwell that have yet to recognize that they cannot escape the responsibility of tomorrow by evading it today. And finally, I dedicate this blog to my greatest teacher, the one and the many without whom none of this would be possible.
My agenda for presenting the material contained within the pages of this blog is to provoke thoughtful insight and stimulate awareness. In so doing, it is my hope that each person who reads this blog will seek to aspire to his or her own personal best. To alter your experience consciously and deliberately, you must know three things. First you must recognize where you are. Secondly, you must know where you want to be. And thirdly, you must know how to get from here to there. The purpose of this blog is to provide you with the tools for accomplishing all three of these goals.
In dedicating this blog to you, I pass along the task of exploring the information herein with nothing more than your attention and an open mind. Having done that, I challenge you to choose what is appropriate for your life and apply it. Similarly, I propose that you discard that which does not resonate true for you. In either case, I remind you that he who hesitates is not only lost, but is miles from the next exit.
I offer you the tools for transformation, extracted from my own personal and professional life experience. This is a reference manual for looking at things differently.
