The long and short of this process is that, if you can consider your thoughts to be the garden from which the nature and quality of your existence will ultimately be determined, then acquiring the tools to effectively tend to that garden will become a priority in your life. In other words, once you begin to devote your attention to where you exist, you will begin to form intentions as to how you want to nurture your future development.
All of the rest of the tools and techniques for accomplishing this uncomplicated matter are based upon this one simple realization. Everything else is simply a refinement of the various traits, characteristics and attributes associated with the quality and quantity of your experience. But without this first step, random access is all that you will ever be entitled to experience, because everything is based upon this cause set in motion. As Einstein said, “Nothing happens until something moves.” As with the approaches to the other realms, once awareness is piqued, the rest is simply a matter of choosing, experimenting, and remaining flexible, creative, receptive, and committed. That’s right, pick something that you’re comfortable with, that you enjoy, that produces tangible results, and with which you can remain consistent. There is no reason that working with the virtual and creating from nothing can’t be fun. Actually, in my experience, it’s far more fun than working with the other two realms.
